The eight rooms and the three junior suite have been built into the ancient stone structure whose foundation, dating back to the Roman era, bears witness to the "opus incertum" rock wall which runs the entire length of the central base.
In the depandance, near the swimming pool, are two independent mini- apartments each with a kitchenette and separate entrance.

The building is composed of three adjacent structures, built in different eras: the most ancient is Roman, during the Medieval period the lookout tower was added and, at the beginning of the 1900's, the structure with the splendid portico overlooking the valleys and Todi.
