	San Fabiano farm estate, is a large size paradise: more then 600 hectars of rolling hills, untouched countryside, with oak woods, crown pines, lakes and vineyards.Here deer, horses, foxes, phaesants, hares, porcupines and many species of birds breed in a natural protected environment.
	Podernovo - 20 guests: a farmhouse with a waterwell, a large garden and a swimming pool, recently restored and completely furnished with modern comforts, appliances and authentic furnitures
	Swimming-pool: Separatly from the house, in a silent and panoramic position (behind), a 12x5mt. pool, with Roman stairs and hot shower. Lighted for moonlight swimming. San fabiano 's pool is now heated !!! Mountan Bikes: it's possible to rent mountain-bikes. Games: table-tennis, windglading and badminton court.
	The cottage called Le Tortore is separated by a fence, with two king size beds and two bathrooms.

Directions	From Siena: take the motorway nr. 2 "Cassia" in the direction of Rome, till you reach Monteroni d'Arbia. Than turn left in the direction of Asciano. Keep on for 300 m and turn again on your left and you will see Podernovo.
Transportation	local rail from Rome via Grosseto to Monteroni d'Arbia. Bus number 2 to and from Siena.
