 | Oikos Hostel is located in a two-floor building in a suburb of Rome, in proximity of a park and neighbouring countryside. This means that, especially during summer, it is cooler here than it is in the city. | | The dormitory is partitioned into cubicles for 2 and 3 persons which can be closed and guarantee you some privacy, there are also two rooms for four persons available.
It's possible to book a mixed cubicle for persons booking together. Otherwise our guests will be accommodated in male or female cabins. | | In summer guests can refresh themselves in a little swimming pool. We have free ADSL Internet Connection, free luggage storage after check-out, free city maps and no Curfew. | | We do not offer breakfast. There is no kitchen available. |

Oikos Hostel is in a quite residential neighbourhood in front of a nice park. Close to the hostel are the local market with fresh food, three supermarkets and several cafés. There are two markets close to the hostel, which are open 4 days a week. There our guests can buy cloth and a lot of other things at a very low price. Especially during summer, it is cooler here than it is in the city. | | Directions | from the Airport (Leonardo da Vinci):
By taxi It takes 20 minutes to get here by car.
By public transport: A train (leaves every 30 minutes, ticket approx.5 €) brings you in about 20 minutes to the station OSTIENSE. From there go by feet (ca. 100 meters) to the metro station PIRAMIDE, take the metro B (it leaves all 6 minutes, ticket 1 €) in direction LAURENTINA, and get off at EUR. FERMI. From there take the bus 706 or the bus 705 .
Get off at the station Nr. 74381 "Resistenza (Martiri Deportazione)" (after passing the bridge), cross the street and go straight ahead for ca. 100 meters.
from Ciampino (Airport) :
By Taxi: it takes 15 minutes to get here by car.
By public transport: You have to get a bus which will take you to the Metro A, Anagnina, from there you reach Termini station and take line B (direction Laurentina) till EUR Fermi. From there take the bus 706 or the bus 705.
Get off at the station Nr. 74381 (after passing the bridge), cross the street and go strait ahead for ca. 100 meters.
From Termini [central train station]:
It takes approx. 30 minutes by car or by subway from the central station. When you arrive by subway, take line B (direction Laurentina) till EUR Fermi. From there take the bus 706 or the bus 705. Get off at the station Nr. 74381"Resistenza (Martiri Deportazione)" (after passing the bridge), cross the street and go strait ahead for ca. 100 meters.
By car:
Take the exit Pontina (nr. 26) in the direction Pomezia Latina of the highway GRA (Grande raccordo anulare - a ring road). After approx. 1 km you have to exit at Spinaceto Tor de Cenci and to take the street on the right called via caduti della guerra di liberazione. The second street on the right is via Paolo Renzi, where we are located. | | Transportation | Bus (4 buses that bring our guest to the metro), nightbus | | Airport | The hostel is in the middle between Fiumicino (about 15 km) and Campino (about 10 km) |

1) Our hostel will only accept guests arriving and checking in between 11.00 a.m. and 11.00 p.m..
We would like to remind you that your arrival must be within 4 hours of the time which you indicated when booking.
Also, we remind to you that your have to check in at the hostel in any case before 11.00 p.m.
2) Upon arrival at the hostel, you must pay the full balance due IN CASH immediately.
On the balance to pay will be added, in any case, 3.00 euros for our membershipcard and for sheets.
3) If you 'not show' at the booked day or if you renounce your reservation your booking will be cancelled and we will unfortunately have to debit your card. The amount charged will be your first night's accommodation.
Even if you decide to reduce your stay, you have to pay the full amount for all days confirmed in the reservation.
4) We do not accept customers under 18 years old.
5) Check-in service: 11:00a.m. - 11:00p.m.
6) We don't refund the booking fee paid for any reason.
