The promenade is full of restaurants: the main dishes is based on fish. In fact, Sciacca, after Mazara del Vallo, is the second navy in Sicily. The blue sea meets the sky and the evocative reach of the boats of fishermen. | | We have 4 apartments, 3 apartments with 2 rooms and 1 with 3 rooms. The 2 rooms apartments (35-40 sqm) are composed of master bedroom, bathroom with shower and kitchen with a sofa bed for 2 persons and large windows that open fully and overlooking the sea at the port of Sciacca, which are located a few meters from sea. Three rooms apartment (40 sqm) is composed of master bedroom with large window overlooking the sea at the port of Sciacca, a living room with sofa bed also with a large window overlooking the sea, bedroom with two singol beds, bathroom with shower and kitchen. Every apartment is equipped with LCD TV, DVD player-DVX, hair dryer, ceiling fans whirl in every room with a 5-speed remote control, air conditioner (12btu) in the living room and kitchen and full equipped. Prices include costs of water, electricity, gas, bed and bathroom linen for each person and cleaning final. 1) Reservations are valid after payment of a deposit of 30%. At the beginning of the letting is required in cash the amount of rental deducted any amount of deposit paid. Furthermore at the beginning of the letting a cash payment of Euro 150,00 is requested as a deposit. This sum will be returned when returning the keys, after verifying the integrity of furniture, furnishings and the state of the house itself.
2) Only the persons mentioned in the reservation form are allowed to stay in the house. A higher number of people (adults and children) than that indicated on the reservation form and / or the presence of pets (if not previously authorized) will result in the termination of the contract, without any right to reimbursement, and will involve the loss of deposit.
3) Arrivals are scheduled on Saturday after 16.00; the house must be vacated before 11:00 of the following Saturday. Exceptions will be agreed and expressly indicated in the reservation form. Delays in the departure will result in the loss of deposit.
4) Any complaints must be presented at the moment of the delivery of keys, after the inspection of the property. The early vacation of the property will cause the loss of every right and possible reimbursements.
5) The houses are delivered to customers clean and in order. The accommodations are equipped with everything necessary to the number of people agreed. The appliances should be checked upon delivery. The houses are equipped with linen sheets and towel bath for each person
6) Cancellations made within 30 days before the agreed date for the arrival will not entitle to any refund. Cancellations in writing, by e-mail, made 30 days before the date of arrival will be entitled to reimbursement of 50% of the deposit paid. |
