Carefully restored House on the edge of Scoppieto, a lovely archeological and naturalistic site in the Lake of Corbara area, at 15 km from Orvieto. I Cocconi Holiday House is composed of 2 levels, is about 110 sm and can accommodate up to 6/8 persons. On the ground floor, a bright living room with double sofabed, a bathroom with shower/bathtube and a lovely and fully equipped kitchen. The house has original floors (60s) as well as an original low door which opens into the wide garden. On the first floor there are two double/king size bedrooms endowed with large wardrobes and ceiling fans.

At the house entrance there is a sunny farmyard with table and an exclusive garden 300 sm equipped with barbecue, garden furniture, with table football and ping-pong.
