The Esperidi Resort is located in a residential area a few yards away from the sea and at only 1,5 Km from the centre of Sorrento and consists of brand new self-catering residences and apartments (one or two bedroom) fully equipped with kitchenette, air conditioning, cable television and safe deposit box.
Among the facilities available within the complex: swimming-pool, bar, restaurant, sport facilities, entertainment program available in August only.
The complex is the ideal spot to base yourself for a cultural holiday since it is close to the main archaeological and historical sites of the Sorrento Peninsula and of the Amalfi Coast.
The local rail system Circumvesuviana is only a five minute walk away and connects Naples (60 min), Herculaneum (50 min) and Pompei (35 min).
A bus opposite the main gate of the complex connects to Sorrento, as well as the harbour and hydrofoil services to Capri and Ischia.

The Sorrento Cooking School was born in April 2004 from an idea of Raffaella DEsposito who has been running the Giardino delle Esperidi during the past 10 years.
The school offers one-day and multi-day hands-on cooking classes as well as all inclusive packages that are offered year round from a minimum of two to a maximum of 15 participants.
The classes are based on menus of the traditional Italian cuisine, with a particular emphasis on Neapolitan recipes. Special programs can be arranged for those who wish to focus their attention on specific dishes or Italian specialties such as Pizza, bread, pasta, sauces, fish, pastries and decoration, drinks and wine.

Our daily classes begin at 10:00 and end around 2:00, allowing you time to explore the art and culture of Sorrento on your own.

The programs include a visit to the colourful food markets, a mozzarella cheese factory and the limoncello liqueur factory, a pizza making demonstration at pizzeria "Aurora " and the final
dinner is held at Il Buco, a 1-star Michelin restaurant.

New option offered by the school are the wine tours to Avellino and Benevento wineyards and the 2 hours wine talk & tasting with a well known Campania wines expert who will introduce you to the Italian wine tradition as well as the tasting and flavours of our wines.
