The B&B is in town centre, near the Bellini park and the Cibali stadium, Verga and Metropolitan Theatres, the most important Universities, 5 minutes far from the very central Via Etnea, Piazza Duomo and the commercial Corso Italia.

The building is in a little square that gives the opportunity of parking and of taking all public transport: bus, taxi; besides this there is a convenient indoor garage face off the building. It is not far away from the sea: only Km 1 from the beach with volcanic rocks and Km 2 from the famous beach with gold sand "la Playa". Both are easily reachable with public transports or by car. The airport is 30 minutes far away by car from the B&B.

The bed-rooms are all with bathroom, balcony, air conditioned, TV, hair dryer and Internet wi-fi.

On guests’ disposal there are: Telephone, Internet WI-FI, a wide drawing-room and a dining-room where to have breakfast, watching television; this rooms are also with air conditioned.
It is possible using the kitchen with dish-washer and oven; besides this there is an independent laundry with washing-machine.
The rooms are daily cleaned and the linen are changed every two days during the staying.
