Located on the ground floor of a venetian building of the XVIII Century,
it has been completely restaured and refurnished at the beginning of April 2009
It is composed by :

- Very large living room with 2 comfortable sleeping sofas
- Dining area with wonderful wooden table and chairs and kitchen corner
- 2 double rooms
- two bathrooms, one with tube and the other one with shower

Fondamente Nove is a boat stop to go Murano and Burano. | | We will be pleased to come and pick you up there, therefore we kindly ask you to give us a ring before catching the boat. |

| Directions | "Ca Preziosa" is located at the end of the Cannaregio quartier and at the beginning of the Castello one. | | Transportation | From the Marco Polo airport there is a service boat called «alilaguna»
which leaves every hour at '45 and takes about 40 minutes to reach the Fondamente Nove boat stop.
Or you can catch the ATVO bus till the venetian car terminal of Piazzale Roma and from there the boat line 52 (direction Lido) and get off at the boat stop of Fondamente Nove
