Overview

	The B&B is situated on the 3rd floor of an historical building (with elevator), and from its windows you will enjoy a fantastic view on the famous Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel.
	The wide and bright rooms and the bathrooms have been recently renewed and the furniture are in modern style with an excellent care for the details. One of the most important point of strong of the property is its closeness to everything.
	Since we do not live in Operainnrome, it is very important customers let us know in advance the exact time the will arrive so that someone could be at the B&B to check them in. Operainnrome has no reception so customers are completely independent during their stay here.

Location & Transportation

Just few minutes walk from the B&B you can find a large variety of shops including a pharmacy, super markets, and restaurants. When you want to combine a few hours shopping with cultural excursions, you will find great bargains in the shopping area around Ottaviano Street. When you want to have a bit of a fun, you can choose between the several cinemas, coffees, restaurants, pubs and discos. At a walking distance of only 200 m. there is Via Cola di Rienzo, one of the most famous shopping streets in Rome. The Vatican Museums are 20 m. away from the building door, St. Peter's Church, Castel Sant' Angelo and all downtown Rome are easily reachable on foot from the B&B.
Directions	The sensation is to be in the real centre of history, very close to the most symbolic places of Christianity and art. The Sistine Chapel, the Vatican Museums, Saint Peter's basilica, Castel Sant' Angelo and all downtown of Rome are easily reachable from the B&B on foot in a few minutes. One of the most important point of strong of the property is its closeness to everything.
Transportation	From Termini Train Station: take the Underground line A (red) direction "Battistini" and stop at "Ottaviano San Pietro" station. From there follow the direction to Ottaviano street and take the first street on the right: Via Germanico. The B&B is at number 12. From Fiumicino Airport: take the train to Termini Station and follow the above indications.
