Overview

	Our B&B is located in a quiet area in Castelgandolfo. It is ideal for budget travelers and families as we offer top comfort at low prices. We provide free internet to our guests.
	The spacious living room has biliards that also turn into a ping pong table, leather sofas and satellite tv and an expresso machine.
	The kitchen has all the modern amenities : toaster, microwave, cooker and fridge.
	The double room can be either twin or with double bed. The room is spacious and bright, bathroom is outside to be shared with another room.

Location & Transportation

We are located in green and quiet area in Castelgandolfo, near Rome. The lake is in easy reach on foot or by car or public transport. In the area there is a golf club and a tennis club.
Directions	1/ From the A1 highway Roma Nord, take direction Roma- Grande Raccordo Anulare (Great Ring-Road) for 3 km. to the toll booth. Then procede another 20 km, and enter the G.R.A., direction Roma- Ciampino airport.Exit at uscita 23 S.S.7 Via Appia direction Ciampino airport- Albano. Pass the traffic lights with the directions to the Castelgandolfo and at next traffic lights turn right onto Via delle Mole di Castelgandolfo. Pass the small square, straight on still and after the bend it is the second house to your right. Pass through the ancient columns and park on the right in the courtyard. 2/ From Fiumicino /Leonardo da Vinci airport : take highway (autostrada) Roma Fiumcino direction Rome. After about 11 kms exit on the right onto Grande Raccordo Anulare, and procede until exit (uscita) 23 , Via Appia. Exit on the right direction Ciampino airport Albano and then follow as in 1/ 3/ From Ciampino airport : go to Via Appia and follow directions to Albano then as in 1/. 4/ By train : from Termini station in Rome trains to Albano Laziale go every hour. Our stop is Villetta (1 stop after Castelgandolfo) and it takes 40 mins. Walk to Via Appia and turn right and then first left Via delle Mole di Castelgandolfo. Then procede as in 1/ . Walking time : 15 mins. 5/ By bus : From Anagnina metro A stop you can get a Cotral bus. It takes 20 mins. Go to platform 2/3 (direction Velletri) or 5 (direction Nettuno) and get off at Mole di Castelgandolfo. Buses go every half hour.
