The old town of Alghero is situated only 500 meters so very handy when you want to spend a very pleasant evening you can find restaurants with typical cuisine of fish and meat, shops for shopping and craft shops with typical Sardinian. | | The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower,large balcony and garden.
The apartment can be rented as a whole up to accommodate up to 8 people or rooms could be are rented individually and could accommodate from 2 to 3 people
Some rooms are provided vith air conditioned and tv and one room is facing on the private garden so it is a very silent room | | The kitchen is equipped with all necessities such as utensils, dishwasher, oven and microwave, fridge , freezer .
The very large bathroom has a sink, toilets, bidets, bath and shower, washing machine.
Is available to all guests a large garden with table and chairs and a barbecue for lunch and dinner outdside.

In case of check in earlier than 12 a.m you could store your luggages waiting to get the room.
The apartment and the rooms are not furnished with concierge services: it is therefore necessary to contact by telephone the person responsible for the delivery of the keys.
FINAL CLEANINGS : At the total price of your stay will be added to the cost of euro 20 for final cleaning
